Error connecting to Tableau

I’m having the following error while trying to connect my Tableau Desktop instance to my Rockset collection. I’ve double checked the API keys, and they have full access.

I believe this is due to either:

• Tableau does not recognize Array or JSON column types. I would recommend you use Custom SQL and remove the columns with these data types.
• The collection is empty or was ingested incorrectly and Tableau is unable to get column data types, throwing an error.
